ELIGIBILITY
This Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme is open to employees employed by VAA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have agreed to participate in the Long Service Scheme.
TIMING
The Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme runs from 1 December 2011 and will be ongoing until further notice.
These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme by all participants from and including 1 December 2011. Continued participation in the Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data which you provide when you participate in this scheme will be used by VAA and Corporate Rewards Ltd for the purposes of this Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme only.
Long Service Scheme
The Long Service Scheme will run on a point’s basis. Points will be allocated at VAA’s discretion.
VAA will pass this information to Corporate Rewards Ltd who administers the Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme points allocation on VAA’s behalf.
POINTS
Points will be awarded to your account for long service as follows:
6000 for 10 years long service
AWARDING POINTS
Points will be awarded to participants on completion of their long service.
Participants may opt to either:
(i) save points awarded for redemption at a later date; or
(ii) redeem some or all of the points awarded on a monthly basis for prizes through the www.my-rewards.com/VAA10 website
REDEEMING POINTS
Points must be redeemed via the website directly with Corporate Rewards Limited. Prizes, once chosen, can only be changed if the redeemer contacts Corporate Rewards Ltd within 24 hours of the redemption.
Redeeming points for rewards will not affect the Participant’s positioning the monthly rolling league table (if applicable) maintained by Corporate Rewards Ltd.
Prizes will then be sent out directly to the recipient by Corporate Rewards Ltd within 28 days unless otherwise stated on the website or by email communication.
Each prize will be fulfilled by the participant’s direct arrangement with the supplier in accordance with each supplier's availability, lead times and capability.
Corporate Rewards Limited is an approved reseller of premium merchandise for Reward & Recognition campaigns. Corporate Rewards Limited reserve the right to purchase goods from our existing approved supplier list or reseller and distributor channels for all order requests. These products are covered by our Traders Combined Insurance Policy.
PRIZES
Prizes are subject to their own provider’s terms and conditions. Corporate Rewards Ltd takes no responsibility for prize provider’s terms and conditions.
Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available.
Corporate Rewards Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Prizes may be considered a taxable benefit to the winners. Winners will be directly responsible for accounting for and paying to their local tax offices any tax liability and NI contributions arising on their prize. Corporate Rewards and VAA will not account any National Insurance or tax liability arising from this promotion.
GENERAL
Corporate Rewards Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Virgin Atlantic 10 Years Service programme at any time without notice.
In the unlikely event of any dispute, the decision of Corporate Rewards Ltd shall be final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
Corporate Rewards Ltd cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Long Service Scheme agree that Corporate Rewards Ltd will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in this Long Service Scheme. Nothing in this clause shall limit Corporate Rewards Ltd liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
